I had a compiled kernel source tree in /usr/src
Today I have installed a 2 scsi discs, configured a RAID0 and wanted to try reiser4 on it, so I needed the dirvers, downloaded the patch, patched.

And you know what? It appears, that my compiled source tree was gone, just like someone rmproper’ed it from there. Well, I don’t know about others, but I think this apt-get updating behaves as a virus sometimes…

Why does it delete files which were not created by him?
